Sky Fame. Rewarding those doing a great job every day.

Sky customer advisors deliver a great service but some people deserve special praise. Rather than push themselves forward they just get on with their work. This reward scheme was created for the unsung heroes and the superb job they do.

There are nearly 8000 employees working in Sky’s contact centre operation, handling 52 million enquiries from customers every year.

Sky Fame was created to make customer advisors feel valued and create a culture where people are watching out for colleagues doing a good job.

This is a flexible recognition programme that empowers Sky People, makes it easy for them to make nominations, as well as giving them a variety of ways to nominate.

Celebrating the great work that goes on, Sky Fame also shows how customer advisors are pushing boundaries, improving their skills, and developing their talents.
