Smarter TNT site delivers consistent global experience.
TNT came to Avvio for a more advanced and coherent experience around the world. We created a site that unified its global parcel delivery businesses.
When TNT came to us they had over 200 websites around the world and each one was different to the next.
We started creating a consistent global experience by meeting with TNT to better understand the challenges they faced across their network.
Next we analysed the usability of its existing website, its competitors, as well as other successful online booking engines. From here we developed a customer focused website that delivered a far superior user experience.
The new home page offered easy access to booking tools and also provided a direct channel for TNT to talk to customers.
Avvio also restructured and rewrote the content on the website to ensure it worked harder and was optimised for search engines.
This site for TNT was selected as one of the best of its kind by CxO magazine. Here’s what they had to say:
“The TNT homepage is a fine example of sober yet elegant design. It is immediately clear what the purpose of the site is and where all the needed information can be found. The site is also very light on the eyes, using mainly white pages, a nice font and some orange touches to indicate links and menu items.

From existing user behavior we noted the applications customers needed most. To help customers, we then moved them to the home page.
Over 200 sites in more than 8 languages
We designed one template site that would form the basis of all the global sites.
Modular design allowed for local customisation of applications and languages included Chinese and Hebrew (both right to left languages).
